at the moment just walkin to the local shops lower my sugar levels and i end up havin hypos
once ive got them back up they tend to stay up.
Keep your meter handy, check often, and patterns start to emerge...

thanks again, so basically if i do deside to have a drink (i never drink much anyway), mayb jus stick to 1 or 2 drinks and keep an eye on my sugar levels and same for the rides, its all very confusing for me at the moment lol i ll get there !!

ive only just bein diagnosed wit type 1 diabetes feb 09 at the mom am still tryin to get use to the fact tat i have it.Im on 2 injections a day !!!!
