Comment by Vicki on April 3, 2009 at 3:46pm - Going to try to go Gluten free, alot to learn. Read it can be very hard to determine if one has allergy to gluten. One sign is floating stool, now that is not one I would think of checking:) Also read an allergy to gluten can be diagnosed as many other things. Going to do my best to eliminate gluten and see if it helps increase my energy. Read that it will. Hopeful.

- I found out I needed to eat gluten free after I broke out in hives from eating food with gluten!
